sOcal: Strategic delivery model
We have developed a Post-Rail system that has become our strategic delivery model to effectively engage the Foursquare Board approved objectives of Church Planting, Church Transformation and Leadership Formation.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
Our system is built around "catalytic events” (posts) and “sustainable processes" (rails). In this way we are able to ignite and accelerate breakthrough in conceptualizing missional thinking and practice while simultaneously creating an intentional transformation process for leaders and churches.
Advancing Leaders are typically held in the beginning of the year for training church leaders and teams.
Each year the Foursquare Church gathers for an annual convention to connect and grow.
ConVerge is SoCAL's annual Fall Conference held in Pismo Beach, CA.
While a coaching culture is already part of our Church Planting and Learning Communities, is now becoming a stand-alone resource. Certified Coaches will provide a personal transformation process for Lead Pastors.
Our Learning Communities are meant for like-minded, like-missioned leaders who are looking for an intentional relational process of
transformation for themselves and their congregation.
Leaders Cohorts are a safe place to voluntarily connect with other leaders on a regular basis to mutually support each other and discover from one another, best practices and lessons learned in our ministry settings.
